Who are you, REALLY?

Who Am I? Three simple words, yet so much to discover! Finding out who you really are, and then finding the courage to be yourself is no small task. But as my friend Greg Fernandes, PhD reminded me, it’s a necessary step to being open to learning and to change. And while it can feel really scary, the rewards are worth it. Glennon Doyle, author of Untamed, explains that “when we grant ourselves permission to be our true selves, we automatically grant permission to everyone around us to do the same.” Letting go of what others expect is not easy, but engaging in life on my terms has been worth it!
